Lie on your stomach with your legs straight and a resistance band or towel looped around your ankles. Bend your knees and bring your heels towards your glutes, then slowly lower them back down. Repeat for 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
4. Lunges: This exercise targets your hamstrings, quads, and glutes. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and take a big step forward with your right foot. Lower your body until your right thigh is parallel to the ground, then push back up to the starting position. Repeat for 3 sets of 10-12 reps on each leg.
